Have you guys heard of core values
In case you missed my story on Instagram
today... I was talking all about core values and how they CHANGED MY LIFE!
Here's the thing, you should ALWAYS let your values define your life before your circumstances destroy it.
If you've fillowed me for a while... you probably know I did NOT do this . I completely let my circumstances get to me which lead to a mental and emotional breakdown.
Which lead to selling our dream home we just built, moving into a trailer for almost a year and literally pushing RESET in my life.
I spent years, ok, DECADES being ashamed of my ambition and goals. I stayed at home full time because that is what I was "supposed" to do.
It BROKE me. Every single day I had so much guilt and shame for having the desire to work and be creative. I cried all day, was miserable because I let the world define MY values.
It wasn't until I FINALLY started to accept who I truly was and understand God made me this way for a reason. It was then that I was finally able to get the courage to step out of my shame and fear and instead step INTO God's grace and purpose for my life.
Now that I have clarity and am living more in my purpose, I cherish my time with my babies so much more. I'm a better mom, wife, sister, daughter and person. I feel like ME.
I'm not sure who this is for. But if you're feeling unfulfilled, lonely, or just unhappy, I highly suggest you define your core values. They will CHANGE YOUR LIFE.
They will give you the insight needed to see what truly makes you happy. Where your purpose and passion lie and give you the direction needed to start living a life FULL of intention, happiness and enjoyment!
